Lorebox Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the Lorebox browser extension and its website. Lorebox is provided by Volodya Khurshudyan, an individual based in the Republic of Armenia. By using Lorebox, you agree to these terms.

What Lorebox does

Lorebox saves the ChatGPT and Claude chats you open, and lets you organize, search and export them. It isn't affiliated with, or endorsed by, OpenAI or Anthropic.

Your account

You don't need an account for the free plan. Pro requires signing in with an email address, and you're responsible for keeping access to that address secure.

Plans and payment

The free plan costs nothing. Pro is a paid subscription, and Lifetime is a one-time purchase of Pro features. Lifetime means for as long as Lorebox is offered, not for any fixed period.

Paddle.com, our merchant of record, sells and processes these purchases. Paddle's terms apply to your purchase, and Paddle handles billing and taxes. You can cancel a subscription at any time, and it stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

If you buy Lifetime while subscribed, Lifetime starts at once and your subscription stops renewing at the end of the period you paid for. That period isn't refunded automatically, but the refund below still applies.

Refunds follow Paddle's refund policy. We also offer a refund on request within 14 days of any payment, including renewals. To ask for one, write to [email protected].

Prices may change. A price change for a subscription applies from your next billing period after we tell you about it.

Your content

Your chats remain yours. We claim no rights to them. If you use Pro sync, you allow us to store your chats on our server only to sync them between your devices. The Privacy Policy explains how your data is handled.

Acceptable use

Don't use Lorebox to break the law or anyone's rights, to attack or overload our service, or to get around plan limits. You remain responsible for following the terms of ChatGPT and Claude.

Availability

Lorebox reads pages that other companies control, and they can change those pages at any time. Saving chats may stop working for a while when that happens. We try to fix problems quickly, but we can't promise that Lorebox will always work.

Keep your own copies of anything important. Data in your browser can be lost if you clear your browser data or remove the extension.

Disclaimer and liability

Lorebox is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that you have by law and that can't be waived.

Ending use

You can stop using Lorebox at any time by removing the extension. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
